When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. Account creation and login is handled by Clerk, a third-party authentication provider. You may also sign in using Google or other OAuth providers, in which case we receive basic profile information from those services.
When you create an event plan, we collect the details you provide — such as event name, date, guest count, budget, theme, and any other information entered in our questionnaire. This data is used to generate your personalised task plan and is stored so you can access and manage it in your workspace.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and error events. This helps us improve reliability and the user experience. We use Sentry for error monitoring, which may capture anonymised technical information such as browser type, device type, and stack traces.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
Your event planning inputs are sent to OpenAI to generate task suggestions. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and data usage terms. We do not share your name, email address, or account credentials with OpenAI — only the event details you enter in the questionnaire.
Please avoid entering sensitive personal information (e.g. financial account numbers, government IDs) in your event planning forms.
We retain your account and event planning data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
